Shut up and watch, Joseph! He reverts his attention again.

Lin, noticing Ash's weird behavior, goes over to Ash and drags her over to them. "Ash, come meet the Elder!" she says enthusiastically. Not sure what else to do, Ash just follows though hesistantly.
"Ummm, hello..." she sounds nervous, though not for the reason anyone would imagine. Ash bows softly before the man, not wanting to seem out of place. By god she wanted to get out of here.

Radar winces at her tone.
((Do you have any idea how boring it is, interjecting with these little quips while you give me, like, no information? DO SOMETHING!))

((Ash is going to try to make a run for it, OK? If you want to play some followers, fine with me.))
"Yes child?" Elder asks. "I don't mean to sound rude Elder...but it's getting rather late, and I have to open shop tomorrow at like, 4...It's not that I don't appreciate being here...but I should go...."

((I don't know how to play freaking followers!))
"Good girl," Radar mutters under his breath as he watches.

((Just checking...))
The Head Elder smiles again, though a bit concerned. "But Ashley, you just arrived. Wouldn't you like to be initiated first? Receive some magic?" Ash shakes her head.
"Maybe next time...Sir..."
"Very well..." he says as Lin looks at her friend with disappointment. Something suddenly comes down over her head, blindfolding her. Being tense, she makes a yelping noise and suddenly tries to struggle.
"Calm down Ash," Lin calls. "They're just taking you back to the park." This doesn't calm Ash's nerves, but she know she has to stop struggling, despite her intuition. Logical, she knows, she can't take out all these freaks by herself, so she just gives in as they pull her away.

Radar's face twists into a faint snarl as they manhandle her, and his eyes stay on her even as his head tilts toward Joseph. Think you can manage watching Lin by yourself? I'm going to follow them.

I think that's a good idea. If worse comes to worse, I'll just pull Lin through a shadow. Keep an eye on Ash. He nodded, an indication for Radar to leave as he saw fit.
And it seems it would be a good idea that he would want to follow her. As the pair left the vicinity, the two started manhandling her worse as they walked along. Ash could only gulp down her pain, starting to feel worse and worse. Suddenly fearful, she realizes it might have been safer remaining with Lin. That's when everything comes to a sudden halt for her, as the pair stopped walking, causing her to almost trip. Had they arrived?
But it wouldn't be so. She could feel the drapes of their clothing come closer to her from the back and front, which would hide the silvery light of a blade.

((I have a question. Exactly what variety of followers are these? Are they fully bonafide, know all the details kind of followers or simply brainwashed morons who fell into this like Lin?))
Radar follows very, very closely in the Dark Realm, getting angrier and angrier.

((Fully bonafide.))
And he would have good reason to. It seems they intend to use the 'silvery blade' ... on her. And lest he do something, it would come down quickly for a lethal slice.

((I figured))
And, of course, the second the silvery blade flashes from beneath their robes, the dark shape of the half-darkling appears before them. "Shouldn't you morons know by now that we don't like it when you tamper with us and ours?"
He places a quick hand on Ash's shoulder before they can react and fades out with her just a few feet away and out of their grip. "Honestly, how many times do we have to explain this?" His eyes, glowing their bright red-orange, are fixed on the followers, although his arms is wrapped fully around Ash's shoulder.

Ash falls stiff. This DEFINITELY had to be some f-ed up dream. "Ra--Radar?" she asked in confusion, recognizing the sound of his voice.
The followers, on the other hand, quietly looked to one another, and without saying anything to Radar, would attempt their retreat. Or, escape, if be that the case.

Radar growls, shaking his head. "As if I'm going to let you go..." He waves his free hand in a circle as darkness envelopes the two, surrounding them in an impenetrable little cage. Another wave of his hand sends them to wait in the dark Realm.
His grip shifts on Ash's shoulders as a quick burst of cold hits her. When he carefully tugs the blindfold off, they're standing on the outskirts of the park. "Ash? Are you alright?"

Ash looks up at him dumbfounded, slowly nodding yes. Then, she snaps out of it. "Can someone please tell me what the hell just happened!?" she tried to say in her usual tough tone, but there was a faltering sound to it which indicated her fright.

He sighs in relief as his arms close around her. "Oh, thank god... I thought they'd hurt hurt you." He holds her tightly for a few moments before muttering, "I thought we got rid of those psychopaths years ago..."
