She instinctively puts her arms around him as well, putting her head against his chest. He really is very good at distracting her...but this time, she remembers to stay focus as she pulls away just enough to look up at him with a questioning look. "Years ago?" She then looks behind her for any sign of them. "Radar...where did they go?"

"Well, aparently no where. Because they're in the same place they were fifteen years ago..." He responds without moving other than to hold her tighter and rest his chin on her head.

"What?" her expression became more confused as Radar retightened his grip on her. Her brow wrinkled, knowing that Radar had all sorts of secrets...and was hiding something. "Okay, but what about the ones that were just hauling me here? Where did they go? You said you wouldn't let them escape...?"

"Well, um..." he pauses thoughtfully. "I'm assuming back to the Sanctuary." He pulls away enough to look at her. "Making sure you're alright is much more important than capturing a couple of murderous thugs, especially if I know where they're going."

She starts to looks him suspiciously. "Well, thanks for the notion, except one thing.... After you said you wouldn't let them get away, there were suddenly no more footsteps." She backs off just a bit more, now wary of him too.

His brow wrinkle into a faint frown. "Ash, they ran off that way," he points at a grassy section of the park. "You didn't hear them?"

She pushes off of him entirely now. Her bewildered tone is angry and almost hurt. "Uh-uh! Something fucked up is going on around here! You knew and they had crazy magic shit going on! I want some god damn explanations already!"

His eyes drift shut and he takes a deep breath. He lets it out with a heavy sigh before opening his eyes. "Come with me, Ash." He gestures behind him to his car.

She looks at him questioningly, but then walks over to the car, trying to look as assertive as possible, despite everything.

He blinks out of faint surprise, obviously expecting her to put up a fight, but then moves to the drivers side of the car. He sits down and starts the engine.

She sits quietly as he starts the engine, looking straight ahead of her. She was still waiting for her explanation.

He silently begins to drive, heading off on the all-too-familiar pathway back to the manor.

She looks around the manor for a seconds, then abruptly says, "Let me guess, you guys are also a crazy cult thing and now that I've questioned you, you're going to off me in your cult's private mansion?" It might have been a tease, but you can't quite tell.

He takes a deep breath. "No, my cell battery died and I have no idea what I'm authorized to tell you, so I have to ask in person." Fairly obviously, this is not a tease.
He pushes open the door to the manor, and as he walk in, shouts, "We have five very big problems!"

Ash returns to being silent and brooding, from the car till they reach the entrance of the manor.
Tall is the first one out in view. "Radar? What's wrong?"
