Tawny nodded energetically in agreement with Aretha, who she placed all of her faith in. If anyone could orchestrate such a raid, it would be her. And Tawny would do everything in her power to make her leader's plan a success. There was no point in worrying about anything else when that was all that mattered.
She reached up and affectionately ran a hand down Skip's sleek form as she began to speak. "It sounds like it's coming together well to me. Once we work out the details, we'll be ready to do something next time the Guardians try to fry someone. We just need to talk with the others before we can get everything straightened out. Think we'll be able to get that wolf or that vigilante guy involved?" She was referencing Zaq and the Vigilante.

Acala was not so ready to haplessly throw her life away on a poorly thought through plan that a bunch of kids came up with. However, for now, she bit her tongue, though she desperately wanted to tell Tawny how foolishly immature she was being, since the plan sounded like it was far from coming together. Instead, she hoped to point this out a little more subtley.
"It sounds good Aretha, but how exactly are we going to do the saving? I imagine it will have to be moments before the execution, but how should we go about it?" She waited to hear what this leader would have to say.

Ghost sighs loudly, clearing his throat. Aretha turns to look at him, one eyebrow raised. "I know, Ghost, relax." She look back at Acala. "For the moment, I'm envisioning a much larger scale version of what the Silver Wolf managed to pull off. An attack from all sides, but it will depend entirely on who is placed where. Anyone who could break them out would be assigned to that effect, and so on. But sadly," she breaks off with a faint sigh. "This little brainstorming party is about all we can accomplish until we can actually stake out the Stage and the surrounding area when it isn't being used to decide on all the tactics."

"Yeah. Forming a good plan takes time" She looks directly at Acala when she stresses the word, "and has to be considered from all angles. And we need everyone who's going to be involved to manage that last, and a few more nights of planning to manage the first. Soooo, I guess we're pretty much done for the night? Unless everyone shows up soon." She yawned, beginning to feel the effects of a long day spent awake, but didn't move back to the spot she'd staked out. She wanted to be in the middle of the discussion should it continue.

She pretty much ignored Tawny when she spoke, continuing to look at Aretha. "Well, if that's all we can think of for the raid on the stage, how about we start planning other things as well? If we want to dismantle the Guardians, are presence most be constant, unwavering. People should always know that we're right around the corner, that we're every person they don't know, and some that they do."

Aretha nods. "Of course, that is one of our goals. DO you have any suggestions, Acala?"

Tawny was grinning at Acala. That had sounded really, really cool. People should always know that we're right around the corner, that we're every person they don't know, and some that they do. Oh, she liked that. She would have to write that down before she forgot it.
And so she walked back to her spot once more, picking up the notebook and scrawling down the words while she kept both ears tuned in to what the pair would say next.

Acala nods. "Yes, I do. People are taken in so much by superficial beauties. And with the Guardians, no matter how many people they destroy, how many they send to suffer, they themselves are always left immaculate. I think that messes with peoples' psychology. I'm sure you're well aware of their angelic status. What we really need is to pin these birds back to earth. Show people that Guardians aren't God-sent. After all, we can't convince them that what the Guardians are doing is wrong if they keep thinking that they're just following "God's path." So...I propose a desecration of the Caveryn."

Aretha smiles appreciatively. "Ambitious. However," she pauses tilting her head. "How do you propose we pull it off without it appearing to be simple vandalism?"

Tawny was now acting as a scribe, writing down everything that was said. This was good stuff. Acala might rub her the wrong way more often enough, but she had a cool way of phrasing things.
She pauses for a moment, thinking about what Acala said and trying to come up with a way this could be done. But it was such a new idea to her, and it was only just sinking in to her mind. For the life of her, she couldn't think of anything to do.
So she just looked at Acala, wondering if she had something in mind. It was her idea...

Acala smile becomes wide and slightly dark. "Who said that we have to take credit for the act? After all, Rebels have never done a thing like that before. We've always stuck to the speeches on rooftops and the saving of innocents. Instead, this plan has the potential to kill two birds with one stone. Let us not take credit for our actions. Let the Guardians wonder which group might have done this. Of course, their minds might come to us first, but they wouldn't know for sure. Let them worry that perhaps it is the common people who have done such a thing. Let them worry that their days on Olympus are ending, and now even plebians are planning to revolt. We could set up evidence to make it seem so. After all, they can't just lash out at the city. If they did, they'd run the risk of losing their 'godly,' kindly appearance. Angels don't attack innocents after all. And should they cause a fuss, it might lead the people to actual see them as the cretins they are. Whether it is seen as vandalism or otherwise makes little difference. The point is we shake both sides at once."

Aretha nods. "It's... workable. Plan it out a bit, see who you can get to assist you." She smiles. "Shake them up a bit."

She nods, closing her smile so her lips are pressed together, though still upturned. "Of course. I already have something in mind..." she says mysteriously. "Well, any other people have ideas?" Acala spins around, looking at the other members of the Rebellion.

Tawny murmured to herself, "This woman's a fecking genius," shaking her head a bit as she wrote down what was said.
And this time, when Acala asked for suggestions, she had an idea.
Dropping the pen, she flipped through the pages of her notebook with such urgency that they were in danger of getting torn out. Suddenly, she stopped at one page. It was a wolf-like creature, shaded so darkly it looked like a shadow, with jagged stripes forming a pattern in mid-gray across a it's long-legged, slender form as it ran across a dark and scratchy background. In it's lope, it had just pushed off from the ground, and every long limb was suspended in the air. It's eyes had been left white, so that their piercingly sorrowful tilt seemed to shine against the dark surroundings.
The image was so highly stylized that a viewer wouldn't immediately recognize it as a wolf. It's were too long, too sharp, it's torso too thin and it's legs too long. It's tail was long and winding, more catlike, and elegantly plumed with longer fur at it's tip. It could have just as easily been an invented creature that some kid based off of a Sabre as it could have been a wolf. But the resemblance was there, and it was even more powerful for possessing the virtue of not being immediately recognized for what it was. This was the kind of image that would sink, dormant, into the back of a kid's head, only to rise to the surface the next time he or she saw the creature it most resembled.
From one paw trailed a broken chain. And beneath the image were these words, written in bold and jagged letters. "Only the unleashed know what it is to run free."
Tawny held the picture up for everyone to see. "I scribbled this image out of boredom on day, but teenagers love this stuff. At least half of them feel rebellious, think of themselves in chains that they have to break. This image will reach them. And it sets up a link between freedom, a better life, and the werewolves, yet is subtle enough that very few humans would immediately make the connection. This image would be like a time-bomb. It would sink into the back of the minds that saw it, re-appearing only when they saw, or thought of, a wolf." She grinned, pleased with herself. "If we can turn this into fliers and pass them around the schools, we could really set the stage for a fecking paradigm shift!"
Laughing, she tossed the notebook in Acala and Aretha's direction so that they could take a better look at it.

Acala caught it first, and looking down at the picture, she let loose a toothy grin. True, she didn't exactly like the idea of advocating wolves, but right now, she felt so, so anti-Guardian, she hardly cared. "I like how you think kid. It's original, but dire. After all, as history as shown, there has never been a social movement without an artistic movement as well." In the background, Elise nodded to this as a means to reaffirm what Acala said. "We would need to make thousands of these, but even with just fliers, we may be thinking too small. I propose a small amendment. High school students get the fliers, but college students should have something as well. High school students are the youth of the future, my college students are the youth of now. There's a high wall on the east side of the University...I suppose designed to block out the view of the factories. Point is, kids pass it everyday. The University is deserted at night of course, and its not exactly a scene that Forsaken hang around. Mostly because Universities tend to have absent-minded professors and nearly insane graduate students..." she adds in offhandedly. "Point is, I suggest a mural. Graffiti, I suppose. It would be big and bold."
