((I like how this went from small glad discussion to up discussion))
How should we meet? Hmmm...Maybe i can jump out in front of your car trying to run away from the zombies when we crash and I land on your windshield? Or maybe I'll crash a car into your car (since I don't know how to drive, but I'm probably using a car to make a fast escape anyways...)

((We are great for changing the topic of a thread, aren't we? Oh well, we can always go back to discussing Small Glade when we have something new to discuss.))
Whether you'll be on foot or in a car is up to you. It depends on what you think you would do when everyone turns cannibal and starts eating each other. Would you run or hijack a car? If you run I would stop for you (I'd have to be a jerk to let someone get eaten by zombies) and if you crash into me with a car remember that if our cars get totaled we'll both have to find a new one or set off on foot. Which would probably work out since a chaos-ridden Chicago would almost be impossible to drive through...

In a weird sort of way, I think crashing into would be funnier. And I don't know why.....
Maybe because it's sort of strange for a nearly 19 year old in America to not know how to drive...

That, and I'll probably leap out the car and have a mini-panic attack that will include much cursing, looking back and forth as I constantly scan the area for zombies, and eye-twitching. *grins* All right, so my eye wouldn't twitch, but the mental picture cracked me up. ;D
Anyway, it doesn't seem weird to me that you have your license. But my mom was such a spastic teacher that I was terrified of cars for a year and wouldn't have gotten my license if the Driver's Ed class hadn't been mandatory at the school. And even then I was such a nervous wreck that I would have failed the test if I'd have missed only a couple more points. *shakes head* If I had failed the test I probably wouldn't have tried again for quite some time.

Well, my boarding school didn't have driver's ed. But the real reason I didn't try for my liscence is really pathetic: Laziness. I've been to lazy to actively try to do anything with driving. *sheepish grin*
It's not that I'm afraid or anything, I actually want to get my wings and learn to fly. which leads me to my second lame reason: I wanted to get my pilot's license before my driving one.

You want to be a pilot? That's so cool! I always thought it would be fun to fly, but I haven't the faintest idea how I would go about learning.
I also want to learn some form of marshal arts. I told my cousin this and he said "but you're a girl" which set me off on one of my anti-sexism tirades. That was probably punishment enough. *grins*
