Erik turns around and smiles. He is wearing an all black tuxedo with white gloves and a slightly frilly white peasant shirt. He isn't wearing the cloak however, since that may get in the way. He gently takes Mlles hand and kisses it, "Lovely evening, no, Mlle?" he says in a soft-spoken tone.

He takes her hand in his gloved one and leads her gracefully to the dance floor, before putting one hand at her waits and another in her hand. The conductor of a band on the other side of the room signals the band. In a moment's time, soft music flows through the air. Erik waits in beat before leading Pan in the start of the dance.

He grins, pleased at his suprises, "Ah--Mlle, I wanted tonight to be special. And what is dancing...without music? Obviously I could not play whist dancing with you!"

"This !" he grins softly, and moves gracefully, taking the dance steps to a slightly more advanced level. They move faster around the dance floor, and he spins her occasionally. How he's become an expert at this in all his time alone, no one can be quite sure.
