Kite

Well, since you people seem to like him so much, I took about ten minutes (imagine what I could do with twenty *gasp*) or so to draw you a ni- goo- a picture of Kite in his. . .mission gear. Really, I'm just glad it's better than the usual crap I churn out.



I'm still getting the hang of clothes, people and just about everything (thumbs up for persistence, despite the gaps of time inbetween the persistence itself) but I like the way his coat turned out, but the head feels too small and the balaclava isn't really obvious enough. Oh well.
Oh, and he's meant to have been out in the rain, hence the plastered-looking hair and the stupid DARK PATCHES OF BLUH on his shoulders.
*Shrug*
At the time I was thinking 'WOW, I'VE DONE SO WELL' and now in hindsight I can only think about how shoddy it is.

Wow, I am really impressed. The proportions look really good. And I know this, because I took the time to shrink it down in my windows paint program so that I could see the whole picture at once. I don't think Kite's head is too small.

I have to say, I really like the look of him. He looks so intriguing. I love the coat and the balaclava thing. He kind of looks like a bandit. A mysterious, awesome bandit. ;D

And is he wearing glasses or goggles? His eyes look like they're reflecting light.

I'm glad you like it. I would have liked to have done more with it, but I only think of these things AFTERWARDS. Maybe I'll revisit him when I'm better!

He's meant to be wearing goggles. I really should spend more time on these things.

Well, the more you draw the easier it gets! So you should draw the rest of your characters, too. ;D

I do think you have talent. Even though I've only seen a few of your pictures, I see a lot of promise in what I have seen. So keep at it! You know everyone here would love to see your next picture.
