I decided to color in the crappy sketch I did, to see if I'd like it more in color. Unfortunately, now I just think he looks worse/more-stupid. Give me some suggestions or something. I don't think I'm so much bothered by the hair anymore, and I think something must be off with his facial structure. Or maybe it is just the combination of everything. In any case, I REALLY need suggestions....

I can't believe I missed this! It's been so long! Now, just let me say I love the way T's eyes seem to glitter, Seven! He looks really lovely. Just don't tell him I said that. But I've got a few ideas to help the picture look more T-esque, if it will still help. I was just thinking that his face could use a bit of shading to give it dimension. Of course, shading in pale things is something I know I've always struggled with (I don't know if you remember, but I used to give Molly a different skin tone every time I colored him because I didn't really know how to go about it...), so I feel slightly nervous about telling you to give it a shot, but I really think it will help. Just try following the color scale in this photograph I just found on Deviantart. ineedchemicalx.deviantart.com/art/The-Lightest-Dark-131352820 This picture has exactly the kind of contrast that I think would look great on T if you want to try and apply it. See how even the lightest side of her face gets darker at the edge? Even if you don't like how half of her face is a bit shadowed, you can still use that same subtle effect in your picture. However, I think having T's right side (his right, not mine) shaded more darkly that his left would look awesome! The other thing I was considering are his eyes. And I am so glad I found that picture now, because it shows exactly what I was thinking. The eyes of the girl in the photograph still have the sparkly effect of T's eyes, but see how they are shadowed at the top? It is those shadows that adds such depth and intensity to her gaze. Try shading T's eyes in such a way that the top of the pupils blend into the shadows at the top of the irises in the same way and see what happens... Oh, and I just noticed something else. The darker shadows at the center of her lips look a lot like the lines that form T's. Why don't you try shading his lips in as well? They would just have to be a bit narrower than those of the girl. I now feel kind of like a jerk for picking apart the T picture, but if you can apply the shading dynamics of the photo to your picture I think you'll like the look. I think you were bothered by this picture because T's gaze looked too wide-eyed and startled, but that's just for lack of shadow. I know because every now and then my eyes will catch the flash of the camera and reflect back a really pale silver that makes me look demented. I only ever look normal with some shadow in my eyes, and I think T just may be in want of some darkness, too. ;D
