This is a charrie I created but never got around to actually rping. So I'm going to bring her here. .


Name: Morgan Cidra Kain

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Breed: Human

Description: An ex-thief, Morgan is a very beautiful woman. Her hair is long, red, with black tips and she usually pulls it back in a ponytail…her eyes hold a deep-seated pain and mischief with an undercurrent of hatred for those who took her family from her. Morgan’s eyes are a pale frosty-ice-blue. As she used to remain out of sight in the shadows, her skin has a bit of a pallor to it and she normally hides it beneath her clothes. She has a soft side but she also harbors a dark side.

Personality: Morgan is a rather high-strung woman and she rarely hesitates to speak her mind. Her voice makes people want to obey her orders and it is slightly demanding when she wants to get something done and wants it done right. Morgan though, is quite a gentle woman and most people enjoy her company and she likes to be the center of attention…sometimes. Most of her life though, Morgan has been a loner.

History: There's not much to tell of her past, but I will do my best.

From the moment she was old enough to understand the tales told of Thiefs, Morgan wanted to be one. She was determined to be one, no matter what it took, Morgan was going to be a thief. And she knew that when she did, her parents would be afraid of her, what a perfectly horrible thought.

Morgan's family had never liked her, even when she was little. All the better. When Morgan was just over fourteen years old, she ran away from home found work under an old friend who knew her want to be a Thief. And as he aged, Morgan became the boss. At eighteen, Morgan took a step away from her old friends gang of thieves and made her own, and everyone knew that she wouldn't be one to disobey. Morgan was a thief until she turned twenty and now her story rebegins.

Political Standing: Morgan doesn't ally with anyone really, but she aids the Rebellion

Abilities: She doesn't have anything really great, but she does have a nice hand for hand to hand combat and word combat.

Weaknesses: Sometimes she's a little too understanding, and she sometimes has a tendancy to want things just right, and if they're not, she gets a little out of hand.

Hello Dani, I would just like to mention a couple things that you might have to alter if you want to role play Morgan in CM. Not that Morgan isn't a great character, but as of now, her history simply would be impossible given the world of CM.

First of all, I doubt that Morgan can be a pirate. At least in the traditional sea-faring sense. CM is going on in a post-apocalyptic world, the remains of humanity being very small right now and concentrated all in the city, City of Manticore, right now, which doesn't really seem to be beside any large bodies of water. Tales of pirates would hardly be new. If she was being told tales of pirates, they'd be several hundred years old. Even if it that wasn't the case, the world is also fairly frozen over due to the nuclear winter.

And more importantly, trying to sail on frozen, non-existent waters would be the pirates least of problems, considering they would have to face the Guardians, and potentially being turned into Forsaken for their disobedience.


I would recommend that you read the information posted about CM, from the world to available races, especially considering how hard Asila worked at writing it all up in great detail.

Anyways, I have a few suggestions you could make so that Morgan is an actual playable character in the world. Perhaps rather than wanting to be a pirate, she wanted to be a rebel, or better yet, a thief? Perhaps she started a gang of thieves, or joined one?

Once again, I'd like to remind you to keep the world and the world's tone in mind when creating a character for role playing. While it was just fine to have Morgan in the spaz, 'just for random fun' threads, it wouldn't make sense to have a Renaissance type swash-buckling pirate on CM.

((I hope I covered it all. Asila, I know that this is your world, so I hope you don't mind me jumping in, but I figured you might have noted the same things as I did.))
