Name: His (or her) real name is unknown, but many know this unknown fighter as "The Vigilante," "The Emerald Streak" or "The Green Figure."
Age: Unknown, but the figure is spry and lithe, showing they could be a young man or woman.
Race: From the looks of the figure they would appear of human build.
Description or picture: A hooded green cloak waves about a lanky figure. Their face is hidden in shadow, and beneath the cloak they wear a midnight forest-coloured jerkin and trousers of a similar colour. The figure also has been reported wearing black gloves, but this is unconfirmed. below the trousers are large brown boots. Slung across their back is a simple quiver of arrows, and the person is usually seen carrying either a rather simple bow or a small crossbow. On occasion the figure has also been sighted throwing knives.
Personality: Once again, not much is known about this area of The Vigilante. They evidently hate the Guardians with a passion, well known for interuppting speeches, parades and other such occasions. On the rare times this mysterious helper has spoken with the Rebels, the voice is completely neutral and has never been known to make a joke, tell a story or even make a suggestion. Usually the only words heard are questions. Many reported sightings of The Emera Streak have occured, and the Guardians have instantly had these suspects tortured and excuted, but still the attacks and raids from this person continue. All that is known of the person behind the hood is they have bright red hair, the colour of flame, which was exposed during a rooftop skirmish with a particularily nasty Forsaken, who was dispatched of.
History: No one knows who this person was before they arrived, but all they do know is that they arrived two years ago at a parade celebrating the anniversary of the day Wyvern fell when this mysterious figure shot down three notable guardians from a rooftop before disappearing instantly. Strangely attack dogs nor Forsaken with Canine traits could pick up the scent of the assailant before they disappeared. Ever since, The Vigilante has been helping The Rebels in bringing down the Guardian rule.
Political Standing: Allied with The Rebels, yet at the same time his own person, most of the time raiding or attacking without alerting the Rebels he would do so before hand.
Abilities: An uncanny way of disappearing, marksmanship, unarmed and small blade combat.
Weaknesses: Fast opponents and working with others. The Vigilante works best alone.
