Modern Fantasy<--
basic plot I have in mind is--or have had in mind for a whiiiile now: so we now enter a holocaust-like scenerio, where the humans of today or more so the government itself, had realized that humans are not the only high intelligence organism to wak the earth.
Over the years they have discovered the various different species of our once thought to be 'fantasy and fairytail' creatures (anything you can think of) and now fear that they will be able to take over, and humans will no longer 'run' the world.
In the midst of this new fear, panic and hate uprises, and the government has begun to search for and capture anything unhuman, keeping them in facilities, killing them off and using them for experimentation--even angels, and the things once used as symbols love hope and life, and without a doubt the things humans have feared in dark stories for ages.

Hmm...well, I am tied up in a lot of threads that I have fallen behind in, and joining another might result in me getting stabbed, but...
If you set the stage, I'll join! This is just the type of plot line that I like to read about and would love to participate in! *grins*
Just don't be surprised if I get left in the dust every once in a while. I never seem to be able to keep up as well as I once did.

lol well I usually get left behind cuz I can't go on the internet until the weekend, when NO ONE ELSE seems to like to be on XDDD lol
well--I've Rped characters from this idea, in an aftermath scenerio before, and I attempted Rping IN the facilities once--and it was going good, until my friend lost our rp notebook--so I miss it and wanna give it another shot if others do too ^^

Hmm, we'll have to wait until tomorrow to here from Rojo, but Seven should return tonight. At least, I hope she does. *looks around hopefully*

Oops. Sorry for vanishing on you my darlings.
You know, when I was reading your plot line, I couldn't help but realize how extrodinarily similar it was to the history of another rp Aka, Pan, and I did a year or 2 back. Let me show you for comparison.
Shortly after height of humanity (i.e. Right now), humans began to discover all the fantasy creatures that existed. Records of these early relations are lost, since closely after their discovery, an apocalyptic situation began to emerge, in which heaven and hell fought a great war on the planet. Mankind was devastated.
Flash forward 3000 years, the current timezone of the rp.
Due to the initial fear and terror of that apocalyptic war, humans threw the mistrust at the other creatures. However, this no longer matters, since so much time has passed that no man even knows what religion is, much less angels and demons are. They only pass on devastating folklore about the evils of all non-human sentient beings. As a result, select warriors/cops run facilities that capture, imprison, and experiment on all non-human anomalies. Non-humans, generally peaceful creatures, usually just try to live their existence in hiding alone or hidden magical communities.
*grins* That was a great rp. I got to play my cute Denresh and my evil Wasewg! *reminiscing* It was a great rp, so I can't help but think this one would be too. Though I admit, I'm going to be biting my fingers trying to NOT bring back some of my old beloved characters.

lol yeah just minus the war add in Alot of holocaust (because thats what I was basing it off) and it's basically the same plot line XDD

*grins* in the other one, there was a big holocaust too, but that was in the past. In the present, (3000 years from now), creatures are being properly "controlled," more or less. Oh yeah, and in the other one, some sort of new, terrible disease came out that only affected humans....but we didn't do TOO much with that....
And yes, very similar plot line. *is REALLY biting her fingers to not bring back old characters. Must...make...NEW ONES!!*

lol it's just our minor (3000 years minor XD) time difference, cuz it's during the holocaust happening
...er, speacking of which you could use the excuse A/U because you'd be playing your old charries in a different period of time--loophole?

*flails arms* I just feel bad because both of the characters I want to bring back had loves, and that would be like, betraying them or something! And they have story lines I'm not sure would entirely work without that embedded mindset that comes from 3000 years of hate. *ponders* How about I post their character profiles here and you can tell me what you think?
