You know, the sad thing is that this color scheme is incredibly close to the one that I'd first come up with when you first asked me to color Ao-chin a salmon color, Seven. I think the problem was that the only colored pencil that has the word 'salmon' in it's label looks more like pastel pink to me. And not only do I despise that color, but I was sure that wasn't what you meant. So I ended up choosing crimson red as the dominant color and blend it with salmon pink to get the effect I was looking for. My second problem was deciding on a color for Ao-chin's watery mane. I didn't want to do blue. I just didn't like the idea of orange and blue together. And if you're thinking that my dislike of that color combination is due to any Wisconsinite prejudices, I get to disappoint you by stating that that isn't the reason. I am prejudiced against the color blue, though. I think it is dull and I usually only use it when I'm with black, gray, or white since I think of blue as a shade, not a color. Don't ask me why. So I picked out 'Imperial Violet', which is very close in shade but is a warmer, richer hue and I thought it looked better. So this is the scrap of paper I was doodling on when I was trying to decide on a color scheme. Do you like it?

Ooo! Yes of course I like it! I do wish the picture you posted was a little larger, but even so I have the feel for it now and I think it'll look great!
...You're making me feel so sad about Molly though. Not only am I slacking on him, but you're also making me regret my b&w decision...Colors are just so...Colorful!
...Now I'm going to want to put Molly in a bunch or random mis-matching colors as a joke.

Hmm...you could stick with your black and white design and put funky colors in the background. You know how in the Silent Hill movie the walls are streaked with filthy stains that make the scene seem a million times creepier than it would otherwise? Well, you could use red and purple to make the same streaky pattern. Or you could splatter red in the background... Or, better yet, you can do whatever you want! If you do use mismatching colors, though, I think Malevolos will have it out for you. *grins*

I know, that's exactly the point ;D
I like to draw a lot of comical pictures, so the idea would be to have a very disgruntled Molly in hot pink and neon lime green and such.

*chuckles* Poor thing. But hey, if you do decide to take the comical route, we can both be hated be Malevolos together! *is all for togetherness*

Oh no, it's not a matter of taking an alternate route for your picture, the idea is I'd do another one just for fun.
Besides, an angry Molly is extremely cute.

Yeah, he is! Like a petulant but very cute child! *gets cuffed severely upon the side of the head by Malevolos* Ow! Chill out! It was just a joke! Sheesh!
*continues to grumble to self* and I said you were cute. Talk about over-sensitive....getting angry just because I joke about your temper...jerk...
You'll have to show me if you ever decide to do a spoof picture of Molly. I'd really love to see it!
