A bustling city filled with the smells, feels, sounds and tastes of life. Built from a strange mixture of sand and a strange clay, the city is divided into four quarters: The Slums, where the poor and helpless try to scratch a living. The Merchant's Quater, where busy men and women yell their prices and try to earn a living, and where the notorius black market thrives. The Nobles Quater, where the rich and the important people live, doing nothing to help those less fortunate than themselves, as they are content with their cushy positions. And the Gardens. This is where the embassies are. Of course, Timetall has a ruler, but he lives nowhere near his city, as it would be mad, with people trying to assassinate him all the time, and the bother of riots.
