Renae watched them leave calmly and once they were out of earshot she sighed. "You'll come back in a day, and I'll be gone." She said quietly to herself as she got to her feet stretching. Then she took a walk followed closely by her bird-friends. She wasn't looking for Illes or anyone, she was just taking in the beauty of this place in which she had landed.

Renae couldn't believe how late it had gotten while she was taking her walk and she gazed up into a very dark, brooding sky. "Oh my, I must have been in one of my trances." She spoke to her two winged friends that were at her shoulders keeping pace with her. She gazed once more up into the sky and sighed as she looked for a place to settle down for the short remainder of the night. She had to find a place that wasn't uncomfortable on her wings. She decided on a smooth rock face. She lay down and let her wings fold to a comfortable position and in seconds she was asleep, listening to he sound of the babbling brook beside her.

The lullying sound of flowing water would ease her into a deep and comforting sleep. She might feel as though she too was floating down stream like the river's water; she might dream of being carried ever-so-carefully away. But perhaps that was not a dream, for if she were to wake, she'd discover she was not in the area where she had closed here eyes....
