A small, pale, blond mermaid sits on a tiny rock next to the falling water.
The sun shimmers off the water, and she sings softly; her voice shimmers just like the sun on the pool.
She combs her hair with her fingers, lightly splashing the water with her tail.

Over the sound of the water fall the water spiret can hear and sens an odd being comeing to see her. The crecher stops just short of the water and stands there wait for he to tern around.

Nalelai comes would out of a tree near by. "hiycaline!! Where did you go" She places her hands on her hip. "Damn that horse some times..."

Quick, little one, let's hide you.
(she pulls her fin out of the water, and it splits into two legs. She stands, and pulls the horse to a small cave hidden by the falls.)

Nalelai sees this and walks over to her and the horse. "Sister what are you doing with my horse?" Anger is riseing in her as she sees this water spiret tuching her horse with her permision.

"Oh, dear. I'm so sorry. I didn't know she belonged to you."
(She hangs her head.)
" I just know their so rare, I thought if some HUMAN were near that they might hurt her and I didn't want that to happen. Humans are such cruel creatures sometimes."

The anger vary quikly goes away almost as mast as it came. "I'm sorry for yelling at you sister. Thank you fo thinking about makeing shour that Hiycaline was safe." Hyecaline nose Myrii and snots. "Hee hee she wants you to pet her."
