Name: Foresan Silva
[actual] Age: 283
[appearance] age (If necessary): 25
Race: Tallamous
Type (optional): Earth
Description or Picture: Ha! Found a picture. I couldn't beleive it!
This lovely picture is by andrea koupal on Deviantart. It's entitled "Drawing of Cernunno" and is almost exactly what I had envisioned for Foresan, aka Ant.
Background (optional): Foresan was born to the merchants of his caravan, as were many of the others which was a great part of the reason that they were so close. Everyone had grown up together...and everyone loved their life-style. It could be risky, but severe attacks were very rare. It was a good life, yadda yadda yadda, you get the idea.
Lets skip ahead to the weeks leading up to the massacre. The merchants were carrying an object of immense value, something they usually avoided since carrying such treasures was akin to asking for trouble. The younger members, such as Evening and a few younglings under the age of fifty, were not aware of this. Adults never want to worry the young about such things. There was an unprecedented air of heightened danger about the caravan since everyone was very nervous about the entire situation. It soon proved that they had reason to be.
Only one week away from their destination, they were ambushed by an unusually organised group of bandits. Now, the Tallamous merchants were strong, but the rogues had the element of surprise on their hands and had struck the camp in one lethal wave when many of the merchants had settled for the night. A few never even woke up, the attack was so well-executed and surprising. A few more made attempts to escape into the surrounding area, but they had been surrounded and these fearful individuals were quickly dispatched of. Only one escaped the fight, and Foresan didn't realize this until he encounters this individual later. ((Guess who))
During this battle, Foresan fought with a great degree of ferocity that was matched only by his bravest comrades, most of which died in the fight. Had Evening stuck around, she would have realized that the merchants had actually won the scuffle, but at a terrible price. Out of the twenty-six individuals that had made up the caravan, only four had survived. Foresan himself, two merchants by the name of Kalia and Syte, and Evening, who seemed, to them at least, to have vanished. The girl's dissappearance has worried him for quite some time. He had been a close friend of her parents and beleives himself responsible for her care now that they are gone.
After the tradgedy, the remaining three went their seperate ways, each bearing a heavy heart and lacking any desire to start up another caravan. Forsan has not heard from Syte or Kalia since he left them, carrying with him the object that had been his downfall. He wanted no travelling companions since the item was obviously the target of some influential character and anyone traveling with it would not be safe. He would not allow another to sacrifice themselves for such a small treasure. He spends his time drifting aimlessly, through Tallamous and even Humale lands as long as the latter was not heavily populated. He avoids humans even when traveling through their land. Avoids everyone, really. His only goal is to keep a low profile and remain undiscovered.
Abilities (Optional): Just the standard skills of a Tallamous. (I pretty much just took this list from Darmos' profile. Seven sums up skills so much better than I do!) Shape-shifting, increased power/agility/speed, earth-based attacks, animal communication and summoning. Even though his true form is just as wild as that of Evening (perhaps more so, since the features are in plain sight) his shape-shifting skills are perfect and he is able to pass for your average human male when he wills it.
Weaknesses (optional): Fire
Extra (Optional): Evening used to refer to him as Ant, which is ironic on so many different levels. You'll see.
