Serena nudged the wall, saying in a loud stage whisper, "Hey, devs, I think that's your que to come out already..."
From behind the wall, comes the chibi-fied voice of what MUST be devon, "no...I think I'd prefer to stay here....out of sight.....behind this randomly placed wall...."
Crevan raises an eyebrow.

Rojo gave an ear-to-ear grin when he heard the squeaky-fied voice. He was about to tell Devon to come out, when Paka rushed past him, a malicious grin on his face. The scythe came down, splitting the wall in half neatly. The wall collapsed sideways.

Devon's eyes go very wide as the wall suddenly collapses to either side. There stands the chibi Devon, big sparkly green eyes, blonde wavy hair, and anime roses and bubbles all floating/growing around him. He looks absolutely darling, so cute, it might enduce a mob of rabid fangirls to maul each other over the right to 'who gets to keep the chibi on their bed like a stuffed animal.' Devon, just looks horror struck.
He begans stuttering, in his higher, cuter voice, "I...I...I..." he seems to be at a loss for words in the pure horror of being discovered.
"I....." he looks over where Paka is, and his expression abruptly turns very dark and evil ,"I'M SWEAR I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!!" the bubbles scream and zoom off as Devon pulls out a Cloud-sized bastard sword and starts swinging it manically at Paka.

"Eek!" cries Paka, being exposed to a new experience: fear.
He runs away from Devon, screeching an awful racket. He runs right past Rojo, who suedely trips him up.
Rojo spins around, twirling his swords as the Final Fantasy victory theme plays.

Serena and Crevan had been watching this whole thing, at least slightly amused at the would-be villain's screeching and devon's sudden change to a 'dark side,' or something.
When Paka finally gets tripped up, Devon looms evilly over him, like a black shadow with glowing white eyes. It's a terrifying sight, it looks like the young aristocrat has been transformed into some sort of soul-devouring demon. Just as it seems he would make the finishing strike, Devon suddenly changes back to his normal self, losing the crazy mad shadows and evil aura, smiling brightly. "Ah, there's nothing like giving someone a good scare when you're upset," he says in his sweet, higher-pitched tone, as all the bubble abruptly zoom back to surround him again.
Crevan sweatdrops, shaking his head sadly.
"Hello Rojo, Shadow, and..." he looks over at Serena and Crevan, "Strangers I don't know. What are we doing today?"

The victory tune stops and Rojo deals with the neccisary EXP sharing and items obtained, then looks at Devon
"I'm not sure...I think we've been turned into small cuddly creatures that resemble our normal selves..."
Paka was crying, the tears rolling down his face in large streams. When he realises his imminent death is no longer near, he springs up quickly, rivers gone and scythe in hand. He was about to slice Devon in half with his scythe, but chibis don't do that.

"I suppose that would make sense..." Devon says, looking down at his overly cute form. That and bubbles where constantly floating around him and roses sprang to life in patches around him. "My god Rojo, what's next, animals flocking to me if I sing? I feel like a bloody Disney Princess!"
Crevan snickered at the crying Paka, deciding that he liked the other men much more. He goes over to talk to them instead, when he notices Paka is making an attempt on Devon's life. But before he can warn him, a bubble taps Devon on the shoulder. Devon looks over to the bubble, which starts whispering in his ear, making the noble nod every so often. Devon immediately spins around, darkness and shadows surrounding his face and in good chibi format, growing too the looming height a shadow would when the angle of sun is low in the horizon. "Forgive me, little friend, I wasn't aware that we were done playing..." The shadow Devon smiles evilly at Paka.
Serena watches this, and starts to forumulate a list of Chibi-Physics. She murmurs to herself, "Any time a chibi feels dark, their prescence turns into an evil looking shadow like creature.... Chibis on an emotional rush are probably stronger, " she notes.

Paka wasn't aware of Chibi Physics. He dived away from Devon, hiding behind the tree.
Rojo and Shadow were looking at Devon in a sort of bemused way, he looked rather like a Darkling.

When Devon turns around, he instantly goes back to looking super-cute and innocent. He blinks, "What's so funny guys?"

He blinks, as if he had no idea what he was talking about. "Right....."
Crevan decides it would be funny to spite Paka some more, so he goes over to the tree, grinning from ear to ear, "So, Mr. Great Would Be Evil Overlord, I take it your next great plot involves hiding behind trees?"

Paka jumps when Crevan aproaches
"Yes, i-i-i-it does!" he says indignantly.
Shadow and Rojo look at Devon, then glomp him at the same time.

"EEk!" he gives a squeel, tumbling over when they both glomp him. "Ok guys...I really feel the love...as in...I can't breathe..."
He raises an eyebrow, smiling, "Oh really? It must indeed be very ingenious, as I've never heard of Evil Overlords using trees in their master plans. I must have mistooken you for a fool--you see, trees are a wonderful asset to have on your side..." his smile broadens. "Though I don't think you've fully convinced this one to join your master plan...or any of the other trees in this vicinity..." he says mysteriously.

Paka thinks quickly and turns his blunder into a wonder
"You obviously haven't seen Lord Of The Rings or read it." H rolls his eyes "noob"
Rojo looks up from squeezing Devon. He and Shadow jump to their feet. Rojo points at Paka
"CHATSPEAKER!!!"
He dives at Paka, summoning his swords mid-jump. He chases the evil wannabe around the tree, fuming comicaly.

Crevan raises an eyebrow at the foolishness of Paka, but then smiles quite amused when Rojo starts to chase him around. Devon sits up, just grateful for the air he can now breathe.
Crevan than gives a little flick of his wrist, and a tree root suddenly pops out of the ground, tripping Paka, "I never said I was being sarcastic about the trees, fool. I was just merely hinting at the fact that they don't like you," he says with an enigmatic smile. He then high fives the tree root, which promptly goes back to it's original position, now that it's completed it's task.
