"I don't have to be emphatic. I'm a warrior goddess," she mutters, turning away from them. "It had better!" she stomps her foot daintily, and the flower pinned behind her ear shakes and seems to close a bit.

Tall bends down next to her, nudging her a little, "Oh come on now, no need to be a spoiled sport. Or else I might have to give you the Chinese water torture." He stands up straight again, "I see....Rosen....I do believe I've heard that name somewhere," he looks thoughtful and scratches his chin, "Isn't your mother the CEO of a corporation and your father a republican?"
((random guess.))

"Nope. My father was. But then he got into politics." SHe shrugs, with a 'you-win-some, you-lose-some expression. "He's the Republican cantidate running for Senate in Washington," Aka says in a very bored tone. "Yes, that's right!"

"I suppose I was half right in a way...." he looks like he was going to say more, when the first of the triplets walks in. "Perhaps you four would like to get more...comfortable? You are just in the main entryway. I could take you to one of the living rooms or the gardens if you'd like."

((Four?)) Aka stands, nodding. Zin nods as well. "That'd be wonderful! I'd love to see a garden!" She links her arm with Tall's and smiles widely.

((tallak, aka, zin, and pan's character. she's still there even when inactive. duh.))
Tall blinks, then smiles, just going with it, "Yes--I'm sure they have magnificent gardens with a place this extrodinary." The head triplet walks calmly and gracefully in front of them (she looks quite professional), leading them past the water fountain, through several gorgeous rooms, to the outside. It has a very special greco-classical paradise feel. The pillars begin to dissipate, a few broken or lying, to give another effect, of ancient ruins. There is an area with marble tiling, which she leads them over to. In the center is a quiant outdoor table elegantly standing as if it were one of the pillars itself.

((I didn't know she came inside...)) ZInnia drops Tall's arm and rushes over to some of the flowers, examining them. Aka raises an eyebrow at Tall, questioning, and then walks over to a broken pillar, crouching down to get a better look at the tiling around it.

((i'd imagine, however antisocial she was, that she WOULD follow the people inviting her in. or else, why bother making the trip to come to aJ anyways?))
Tallak just stands there, and closes his eyes, taking in the feel of the sweet summer breeze. He looks quite serene. Nothing seems to bother him. Not Aka's look, Zin's princess attitude, nor whatever awaits them in the future. He is, if anything, an easygoing person, nothing can perturb that demeanor.
The head maid approaches him, "Can I get you anything to drink, Mr. Swane?" "Oh yes, that would be most delightful, thank you," he opens his eyes again facing her. She nods her head and silently leaves for her new assignment. He looks back at the two girls, smiling, quietly calculating. "Hm..." he smiles.

Aka has pulled out a notebook, and is quickly sketching the tiling pattern, muttering to herself.
Zin, on the other hand, is crooning softly to a small flowering bush, which appears to be opening beneath her fingers.

Tall just casually walks over to the lonesome little table and gets rather comfortable with it, musing as he watches the two girls. The maid comes back with a cup of tea for him, which he politely takes and continues to watch the scene before him unfold. He relaxes, crossing his left leg over his right, taking a sip from the ornate china.

Aka, upon finishing the sketch, comes over and joins him. She spots ZIn, still crooning to the flowers. "What do you think she's doing?" she mutters to him.

"Crooning the flowers," he says pleasantly taking another sip, "do you like tea?" he offers her a cup.

"Of course." SHe takes the cup and takes a sip, attention still on Zin, who has moved to a different bush. The first one looks, well, the only word for it is happier.

"Ahh--she seems to have a gift with plants," he opens his eyes, observing this closer by producing a set of antique opera binoculors from nowwhere, "I'd only heard stories of such people, but I suppose some people really do have that gift," he ponders.
"In any case, did you enjoy your sketching? Really though, I thought you were an author, not an artist. Or are you just a jack of all trades?"

"No. It's just a basic pattern. It seemed perfect for when I finally force my Aunt into letting me remodel the kitchen." She smiles, tucking the notebook into her bag.
