all the mers gasp. this time, the silent salzar finally makes an outburst, "but isis! how could you have!?"

all the men stare in confusion.

Nef looks at her mom as she looks over at Horus. "Yes he did......in order to become a human....I'd have to give up my first born." Nef looks out raged that this but she says nothing as angery traes form in her eyes. Kealys stares at her, "How could you do that Isis?!" Isis is quite wait for every one to take up arms agenst her.

Isis hand ger head in shame, "When i was a mer i couldn't have kids....I thought it would be the same when i was a human." Nef walks up to her mother tears rolling down her face. "How could you mom!" Isis looks down at her then to Horus. "I never thought i would be a mother....." She looks about down at Nef. "Thats why I never let you swin out into deep water." She doesn't even look at Shiku to scared to see what his face says.

Horus also looks shocked, taking a hold of Nef. he knows even though they are twins, nef was the first born. she'd always joke around about 'being older.' now it wasn't so funny.

Isis looks out at every's shock and even angered faces and lowers her head again. "But...Deamon never came for you Nef...." Apart of her hopes that me may have forgotten.

Isis looks out over the sea. "He never said." Nef polls away from Horus. "I don't want to heur this any more!!!! I HATE YOU MOM!!" And with that Nef runs below deck to her sleeping room. Isis closes her eyes. The mers are still in shock and Kirego terns to Salzar. "Salzar what do you know of Deamon?"

Salzar shakes his head. "he's been dormiant for many hundreds of years now. I didn't know he was still accepting deals. What i remember though is that everyone who made one....ended tragicallly. I've seen him before, long before you mers were around. Shock had just taken the throne. he promised the king's light would soon vanish to his darkness--and that was the last i saw of him. that's why i always tried warning you kids..."

All of ther mer star at Salzer and Kealya looks down. "And I thought he was just a stoire..." Isis shakes her head, "No he's not I was there with Salzar when he toled Shock that..." Kirego looks at Isis. "Then why did you go ot him?" Isis remains quite she doesn't want to say any more in fear that Shiku will leave her is she speeks of this again.

Isis sighs and begins to walk off. "I'm done talking about this i will take my leave." And with that she goes back to ther room. Pan Walks over to Shiku. "Hey you ok Shiku?"

Pan shruges, "Maby she was scared. She has been a mer her hole life maby she didn't know how you would act if she was to bring it up.....But then again it been how long 18 years..." Pan goes quit. The twins and Kealya are sinelt.
In Nef room she is crying looking out the porte hole. "Why did she never say?"
