Kealya now sences him and her heart being to rase. "Why is Mikaki here?" she ask her self as she runs to go up the ruff befor he leaves.
Nef stand up looking at him. "Are you shour you want to go?"
Because of Kealya training with Drajen she gets to the ruff rather quickly she opens the lack and step out onto it. she looks at his back and whispers. "Mikaki, what are you doing here?" The tone in her voice is more confution then anything.

Mikaki just stares at her wide eyed for a moment...then quickly 'jumps,' disappearing.
After a moment of silence, daemon seems more than happy to brush the whole thing off as a freak accident.
"So I hear that you have some souls for me, Kealya..."

Kealya looks at where Mikaki was then looks back to Daemon. "What?" she shakes her head. "Oh yeah right the sould." she walks over to him and hands him four beads. "Each has 5 sould in it..."
Nef stares at Kealya and notices that when she saw Mikaki she had almost a happy look on her face. now she just has a strate face. Nef doesn't want to say anything to her not know if she might make her feel worse.
Kealya looks at Daemon. "Why... Why was Mikaki here?"

Daemon shrugs. "Hell if I know." Half-truth. Daemon doesn't know what love is, after all. "He's a sneaky bastard, that one. He was probably hoping to intercept some souls. You were smart to dump him while you still had the chance."

Kealya looks away from him and forses her self to speek. "Yeah. . ." Nef walks back over to them looking at her. ". . . You still love him don't you?" Kealya looks up to Nef quickly and says nothing. she terns around. "I'll see you around Daemon." and she jummps. Nef blink and mutters. "How do they do that?"

"Simple." Daemon says. "Jumping is an inherited power for Kealya's kind. Mikaki is able to steal others' powers by sampling their blood. So now they both have it."

Nef blinks. "Oh ok..." she say like she know what is going on. She is hopeing that Daemon forgot all about the thing with Inrade.

He leans closer. If she didnt' have the nagging sense that he was about to maul her, he'd actually look quite seductive. "I was just thinking that I'd be so terribly predictable by resuming our conversation from moments ago..."
