Mikaki knit his brows. He hadn't meant to shock the girl so entirely. He hopped down to help her pick the loose papers up. "I was trying to be inconspicuous till you arrived, though with that shout, I don't doubt the whole palace hasn't heard," he said dryly, handing her the forms.

She takes them from him her face a little pink. "I'm sorry I was so deep in my work when I saw you there it just startled me." She walks over to her desk that is just covered in papers and she places the others on it haphazardly. She then looks back up to him with a smile. "So what can I help you with Mikaki? I wasn't really ever expected to see you here."

"It's only that I haven't heard from you in a few days. I was wondering if everything was all right." She said she was going to talk to Isis for him. He had hoped to hear from her about something by now. Anything.

"Oh..." Kealya looked down at all the work she still had to do just today not to mention that Isis told her more was coming in tomorrow. "Yeah everything is okay we are just working really hard right now and Isis just doesn't have time to see me at this moment but she said when she does have free time she will see me. Not to mention my work load has tripled in the past few days." Kealya looked all frazzled and her hair was a mess, and that was saying coming seeing as 90% of her hair was braided.

He cocked his head at her. "You do seem pretty tired..." he observed. "How are you holding up?"

She slumps down on the pillow that she normally sat on when she was at her desk. "Am I that obvious? I'm holding up all right but I haven't slept much and I can't remember the last time that I eat. I just can't wait till this storm passes and I can rest again. That is till the next one comes and I have more paper work again."

He pauses. "It's important that you eat," he said, his expression... muted, yet still unusual. Maybe it just seemed odd for him to say, considering his position. "What do you want to eat. I will go find it for you."

Kealya was looking down at something then looked back up to him. "Oh no you don't need to do that Mikaki I'm all right-" Que stomach growling. "Well maybe just a bit of food. Humm I'm not very picky you can head into the kitchen and grab some fruit bread and water and that should hold me over for a while." She gives him a sheepish smile. "Thank you Mikaki."

He nods, then turns, and dashes away like the wind. She can feel the breeze from him jolting away. Needless to say, dashing through the palace garnered more than just odd looks, but he was too quick to be caught anyways. He came to an abrupt halt in the kitchen. "I am looking for fruit, bread, and water," the imposing man said staring down at the gaping servants. All but frozen, one pointed to a basket. "Thank you," he replied, picked a few from it, and then immediately dashed away. Moments later, he was back in Kealya's office. "Ihope this is sufficient."

Kealya just started at him and looked around and took it. "Hum thank you I wasn't expecting you to be so... Fast..." She sat back down and started to eat the fruit. "Oh my gosh I am so hungry I didn't even realize it!"

He wondered how nice it might feel to feel full on something so small. It was strange watching another eat. He actually felt a little jealous, but he said nothing of the sort. Instead, he leaned against the pillar he was previously perched on. "Eat up. You need your strength."

She eat the everything in the basket rather quickly looking a lot better then she was before. "Ah~ Thanks you again Mikaki you didn't have to do that but I am glad you did." She stand back up now looking at him folding her hands in front of her. "Is there anything I can get you? I mean I know you don't eat but..." She just felt a little odd that he was basically her gust and there was really nothing she could do for him at the moment.

"No," he said rather perfunctorily, though he was now glancing around the room. It was as though he might have heard something. "I only hope that I'm not going to cause you trouble by being here...." he murmured a bit.

Kealya shakes her head not looking at him as she goes back to look at her papers. "No I don't think it will be a problem so long as I get my work done and normally Nef is the one in here bothering me so I think it will be fine with you." She doesn't look up at him but she does give a smile, it was meant for him but she was just so wrapped up in what she was reading at the moment.

Mikaki cocked his head slightly as he watched her actions, as though they were very curious, before returning to leaning on his pillar once again. He is very good at being silent, and just allowing time to pass. However, he pulled eyes away from Kealya to veer toward the doorway. Something was coming. And given the sound of its footsteps, it sounded angry.
