Well, weird endbosses are well and good, but let's not create one that would kick our asses! Maybe I'll prototype my kernelsprite with a lampshade and a sheet of paper, and then I'll have scissors in my Strife Specibus. The serious answer to your question, though, would be a baseball bat, I think. Sign me up for batkind in my Strife Specibus. Baseball bats are my weapon of choice. Though I can imagine scissors being pretty bad-ass, too, once I alchemized them with something. LIKE FIRE!!! YEAH! Now, what would be in your Strife Specibus?

I'm sure Erik would fit in just fine if you decided to have him as a character in this rp. And as for the RV or Mystery Van dilemma, maybe we can compromise and have an RV that looks kind of like the Mystery Van? With something colorful and crazy painted on it's sides? I'll leave that part up to you. But the RV would be nice to have so that our characters can live in their means of transport. Though conditions will be cramped. Maybe they'll get a Mystery Van, too, so that a few of the hunters can have their own space and more room. We might even end up with a caravan.

Aaaand I've finally posted. I had a little bit of trouble deciding how I was going to start it, but for better or worse it is started. I based the title off the beginning of an old A.F.I song that's titled "Strength Through Wounding". It begins with the vocalist shouting "THROUGH. OUR BLEEDING. WE. ARE ONE" So I chose the title Blood Ties, because it sounds sufficiently dynamic and awesome, and it seems to me that many of the hunters would have a vendetta against supernatural creatures because they have dealt with an attack by one. Though I'm sure I assume too much. I tend to do that. I'm dark-minded. I can always change the title to something like "Supernatural A-Team" or "The Ghostbuster's Gang" or something similar, if you'd prefer. I think I'm too serious, sometimes.

That's not such a bad idea. And John has shown us that mundane objects (like his hammer) can be powerful weapons, via the Pogo Hammer. SO maybe you could combine the scissors with something cool like a scythe (CUTTING EDGE) and kick buttocks. As for me, I'd probably have something boring and unoriginal like machetekind but then I'd alchemize it with something cool like my Christmas Tree (SLAY BELLS) and then I could wreak havoc in a stylish rendition of red and green.

I'm not too bothered about the vehicle, to be honest. As long as it gets our little hunters from A to B to HELLMOUTH then I'm happy with it. Although, driving out of a collapsing town in a large vehicle is much cooler than a smaller one (See: Last episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer) so and RV would sure as hell be cool! Also, something painted on the sides sounds like a good idea. 'Here Be Monsters' or something like that in sloppy poster paint.

Hey, I really like the name. It's fitting. I'd be much unhappier with something like 'Supernatural A-Team' despite my upbeat ways of discussing it, the supernatural is a freaky, scary thing-- though that's not to say we can't indulge in a little black humor, no?
Anyway, I'd best go and read your first post. Then I'll do some homework. Then I'll come back and reply. Weird way of doing things now I THINK about it. Oh well.
