Severus shudders. He knows all too well how cruel children can be. And young adults for that matter. One would like to think that people grow out of things like that . . . But from what he has seen, they do not.

Erik ponders something quitely. He is all to familiar with his daughter's current situation, and had feared it. He turns back to her and bends down to meet her eye to eye, "My dear, would you prefer for me to teach you, and give you lessons rather than going to school, instead?"

Looks up suddenly, as if listening, then glances at the rest of them. "I'll be back." Orbs out.

"Well, Mlle, that is what I have always done....." the large red arrow that seems to be following erik around lately now points outward to the large underground cellar in which everyone is lounging about in.

"Not that it is any of my business, but perhaps Erik is right. Home schooling may be something to consider." he says quietly, "She certainly has a capable teacher on hand. I myself would have perfered that option, had my homelife been more -ah- tolerable and my parents fit to teach. I would also expect that you do not wish any of your children to turn out like me." He says the last sentance with a sort of knowing smirk.

"Besides, it isn't as though a schoolyard and overcrowded classroom is really the world in all of its entirity and majesty. They can see other things, better things, and overall, I feel they would do better. They aren't going to the institution for social purposes, but educational ones (not that they would have very many good social encounters with a bunch of ignorant munchkins anways) and after studying the qualities of the 'public elemntary school' they are attending, I'm really not impressed. I suppose it has something to do with the the intergration of schools in the mid 50s, the curriculumn and standards of schools severly dropped (I don't mean implying racism, but it was merely what happened due to several bad decisions on part of the nation school board), so it isn't like they have much to offer anyways. It would be useless to send somewhere they wouldn't learn nor make worthy aquaintances---" "You're rambling Erik" Nadir says as he passes through a hallway. "oh....well, regardless, I don't like the school."
