((Oh god, in what order to I reply to everything? So much to say, so much to do....I hope I remember everything
))
Serena smiled warmly when Malevolos entered the room, as if he were her old friend. But she did not have the opportunity to properly greet him when Raven took charge of the conversation first. And then, the man (who finally introduced himself as Hisao) did something she had not been expecting. He made contact with her, and then he kissed her cheek.
Whether Serena was odd, eloquent, witty, foolish, or anything in between, she was still just a young high-school girl in the end. One who had never had any experience with any men whatsoever. The whole thing made her insecure, as she had no preparation in such things. Raven would feel her freeze beneath his touch, a cold shiver run up her spine. Subjects of love, courting, passion, and sex were the girl's biggest failing, things she had pointedly avoided all throughout her life. She might have been tempted to give Malevolos a pleaing glance of 'SAVE ME!!!' ((...I suppose, it would've been a very LOUD glance)) had it not been for the fact that he too was a perpetrator, someone who had meant to harm her as well.
"I suppose I should be honored then..." she said in a monotone, trying to hold back any emotions, especially those of fear. Despite that, Serena couldn't hold back the constantly increasing speed of her heart beat, or the slight blush that came to her face. But along with it, she could feel her hands and toes becoming colder than usual, and silently prayed she didn't abruptly have a panic attack from all the stress of her 'unique' day. ....Though such a thing might have been beneficial, as her spazzum and instant-illness (can't forget the vomitting) might have at least discouraged what she assumed to be a vampire.
No, Serena had to hold strong still--surely just because she was surrounded by powerful and malevolent beings with nothing in their heads but using her didn't necessarily mean that she couldn't manage herself, right? Right?
Though Raven's soft lips had felt so delicate and smooth against her cheek, though his fine appearance might have swayed another girl, and despite the fact that Serena herself may have had the daydream or two about being bitten by a handsome vampire (funny how nothing is ever as good as it seems in reality, hm?), she pulled away from him. Even so, her expression did not reflect disgust, hatred, or anything--it just remained serene, as before. "Well, Hisao, thank you for finally introducing yourself," she said with a nod, "And my name is Serena. However, I believe you have misinterpreted my words--I never once said I was offering you my body, I merely pointed out that I, as a young human girl, obviously wouldn't stand a chance against a powerful vampire if he so insisted in taking what isn't his.
Thereafter, I mused to myself about what rape really is, if only to comfort myself with logic. I suppose I am a bit of a rambler, since I have the tendancy to go off on random tangents. I just made the observation that most rape has nothing to do with sexual desires, it is usually occurs ego and the need for dominance such as a man feeling it necessary to prove his power over a weaker person. It is true, the rapist mentality comes from insecurity of their....vitality" she finally chooses the word, "and the need to prove it to themselves. And as I said, this is no different than virgin-chasers, who want a girl with less experience so as to not notice their inadequancy.
Perhaps I was harsh with my words, immediately categorizing you with that lot, Hisao, but how is a young girl supposed to feel when a complete stranger barges into her room uninvited and then loudly announces various threats! Is she supposed to be pleased? Maybe my words were snippy, but I sincerely doubt any taunts I made can compare with you bursting in without me having the faintest idea who you were and laughing at me for no reason.
And then you tell me that you're offended? Why of course I said--" she abruptly stops, her sight falling upon dragon. It finally occurs to her that he probably heard everything she said to Raven, causing her to momentarily lose her strong-will, shoulders slump, and slight flushing returns. She hits her forehead with the palm of her hand, ready to just call it quits and ask for death. After all, could her situation really get any worse? Serena hated feeling embarrassed, as the guilt of her acting stupidly constantly would be snickering in her ear, taunting her. Perhaps it was ironic that she would fret about something so trivial, and ignore the fact she could potentially be mauled and raped to death, but at least she made a slightly amusing sight.
She snaps herself out of it, "So no, Hisao, I don't particularly want to lose my virginity today, and I must sadly point out a flaw in your intended meal plan. I have a very frail body and I am anemic--though I'd assume ANY human missing half their blood supply would perish," she says quoting how much he wanted from her, "I most definately would die from that, and I sincerely doubt a dead hostage would be of any use to you..." she says looking at Malevolos. It seems she has affirmed that fact that she has caught on, though he might not be able to tell if she had guessed from Raven's behavior alone, or if she really had been eavesdropping as Raven originally suggested.
But before the dragon could question her about it, she calmly approaches and pats his twice on the forearm, "Malevolos, you made for a splendid host and were very gracious the entire time," she says with a little smile, "though it seems your knowledge of human architecture might be slightly falling. While I already had some hints that you might not be up to what you were claiming, putting me in a room with ventaliation shafts that travel directly to the main hall and other levels of your house might not have been so wise." She then smiles oddly again, "Though you needn't fret. I suppose if I were evaluating you as far as charismatic, dark host goes, you'd have only lost a few points to not being sincere (as you were trying to trick me) and leaving me in potentially dangerous situations," she gives a quick nod in Raven's direction. She then glances up the ceiling in thought, "I'd have to imagine you'd still get an A, or A- at the least, but I suppose it could fluctuate depending if sincerity and potential danger where weighed heavier than the rest...." she ends thoughtfully, releasing her slight touch of his arm and taking a few more steps away from him.
The girl figured that she might as well admit the truth, it seemed the charade was up anyways. She sighs remorsefully for what might have been, "What a shame though! I was so looking foward to making friends in Elden, having tea and scones on Sunday, and failing my first magic exam," she says whistfully. "Though had your friend not burst in here trying to immediately jump down my pants, you might have been able to save your charade. You probably could have easily hooked me with the whole sentiment of 'There is no good and evil, just opposing sides with opposing needs.' Perhaps you could have lied to me about the Trinity's true nature, like saying they're secrety trying to build a magical army to enslave the world or something, and that you only hid the truth from me not to startle me from the imminent danger I just barely managed to avoid.
After all, lies are sweeter than truths," she says in a dreamy tone, now looking at no one in particular, and taking a few steps away from both the men.
She then looks at Raven, "And Hisao, dear, you really should 'give a damn,' as you so put it, about what our gracious host has to say. I find it's very rude to ignore anyone, and that when you are in another's house, you should be especially respectful. I don't feel I need to be taught anything from you, though it seems you have a terrible lot to learn. I am not an object, you know, or toy you can or cannot take from another person, and I do have my objections as well, as I previously stated. "
Taking a few more strides, she then abruptly adds in, "Now, you've really kept me locked up in here for much too long. Unless both of you have a fetish for young girls peeing themselves, I suggest you escort me to the bathroom, or at least give me a map of this place so that I can take myself there without getting lost," she says, the whole thing almost comical.

(This might be overdoing it; prepare for a mess. XD )
Once again Reaper Blast burst through the front doors; however, this time he was wrestling with what looked like an earth-based version of Frost, only far more muscular and powerful looking.
Breaking apart, it was in evidence that upon leaving the place Reaper had been suddenly jumped by this behemoth of a figure, it snarling and shouting at him, "I condemn you to Annwn's Realm!" before leaping at him again. Reaper, who still wasn't fully healed, took the hit and slammed backwards into the wall; obviously, this one was not just muscle for show; he had a lot more physical strength than anybody in the room, likely. Picking Reaper up, he threw him backwards through a chair; it was as if he had been lazily tossing a tennis ball. Jumping at Reaper, who caught him this time, he was spun and slammed into the ground, where Reaper shouted, before getting a kick in the stomach and being sent backwards into a wall, "Oi, no need to look for Yugo!"
Yugo snarled and charged through the wall; unfortunately, this was rght into the room Serena was in. Grabbing Reaper, he flung him sideways and began slamming his head into the walls, making several large holes, before flinging him one-handed at Raven and Mavelous.
Reaper landed with a crash and quickly drew a symbol in the dust. Then, he jumped back at Yugo and began another round of wrestling. "Oi! What are you waiting for? Hit him with a seal like the one I drew!"
The seal was still perfectly visible and untouched, able to be viewed by both Mavelous and Raven; naturally there were several holes in the wall, including several leading outside to freedom. Reaper was gaining a lot of wounds; it seemed Yugo was just as strong as they said- enough to rival any one of most of the Thirteen is a fight.
(Hmmmm... will Serena escape? And Yugo isn't of the Trinity, so it's no major problem for him to arrive; also, he came looking for Frost, so..... also, the seal Reaper drew is called "Nihu's Mark"; it comes into play a bit about Reaper shortly. The incantation for it is "Dos Miertu Nihu" (if it means anything, I wouldn't know; second word is pronounced- I think this'll transmit the though- me-air-two ) and the seal's one that was designed- and used only- by Nihu, when he led the Thirteen. So what's Reaper doing using it, hmmm? And I do believe it'll take more than one person from the Thirteen to restrain Yugo; if he's battling with Reaper, there's one...... and I said he's enough to rival any ONE of most of the Thirteen in a battle; one in one combat?....)
