All right, I really can't put it off any longer. The problem I had with my laptop and it's inability to access the internet reliably is only getting worse. I can't even access Deviant Art at all anymore. My laptop just won't load it. (And it just had to be difficult when I only just created an account. *sobs* I haven't even downloaded my best pictures yet!) So I'm going to have to send the stupid thing in and get it fixed. Like i mentioned earlier, it could be 10 days to three weeks until I get it back. (Or longer. If it took them eight days to first fix my computer when the told me three to five days, I wouldn't be surprised if it took them five weeks this time around.)
I am going to make a point of checking my messages via the library's computers every few days. I'll even try to post, though that could be difficult. Without a computer to pre-type my posts on there is just no way I can keep up. It takes time for me to organize my thoughts into paragraphs that make sense and the library's computers only allow you on for intervals of an hour and a half. It isn't enough.
So I'm taking my computer in as soon as I wake up tomorrow. I don't know how I'm going to survive the next three weeks. I'm stressed out enough as it is, and now I'm losing my main outlet for anxiety and depression. *sighs* Time to obsessively return to me sketchbook. I will have Seven's dragon done by the time I return and he will probably be as pretty as my sea-serpent was. (That picture took me twelve hours to shade. I couldn't believe. I'd never put that much time into a picture in my life, though I will definitely do so again. What else is there to do without a computer? I won't even be able to write much at all! I hate writing anything of length by hand.)

Yep, I have only just managed to return and now I'm having problems again. My laptop is not functioning (since is randomly decided to turn itself off this morning I haven't been able to get it running again. Honestly, I didn't have a single problem with the thing for over two years and now it has failed me for the third time in only a few months!) and I will have to send it in again if there is no easy fix. The good news is that I shouldn't be gone for long. The internet at my house is working perfectly now and my grandparents have just gotten a new laptop computer of their own that I can use. In fact, I wouldn't have had to post this message at all if I could only figure out where they put the charger for the thing! But the battery isn't going to last for very long and I may not be able to do much until my grandparents return on Tuesday. So goodbye for now and fear not! I shall return! And in a more timely fashion than I have the past few times I've vanished! |
