Faelin presses her upper arms together as Devon turns to her "Oh, you flatter me..."
Rojo walked out into a large amount of water, coming down from the sky in droplets. In other words, he had just moved into a rainstorm.

Devon smiles, nodding once more before catching up with Rojo.
"Rain..." he holds out his hand. "Will we be walking Rojo, or are we using transporation of some sort?"

"Pah, horses," Rojo comments over the noise "pointless. Walking's the best way to travel." He walks up the long street, moving up towards the outskirts of the town.

He nods, following Rojo. "I'm surprised no one is mobbing you again though..."

"In this weather?" he says, looking back at Devon, his face wet, his long normally spiked hair plastered over his forehead and scarf. He looks back, entering a small wood. The cobbled path turns to a weather-beated trail that goes through the wood.

Devon secretly worries about catching pnemounia. But if Rojo can take it, so can he. He follows the man into the woods, hoping the branches might offer a bit of shelter.

"So, any idea how we got here?" Rojo asked, not bothering to turn around. It was the first time he had wondered how he and Devon had gotten here. He had been to happy to be back in familiar lands that he had completely forgotten to ponder as to how he and his noble friend had come to his world. He didn't even know if Shadow was here. He leaned against a nearby tree, the rain slightly being deflected by the trees, but still coming through quite strongly.

Devon blinks. "No, actually, I have no idea. I haven't seen Shadow around either, which means he must still be on Venera...I'm not sure how I'm going to get back when the time comes. I'm sure Shadow will be alright though..."

Rojo grinned at Devon "I'm sure the wizards will help...if there's anything left of them when I'm finished." He looks around, patting the tree fondly "it's good to be home..." he suddenly realised how Devon must be feeling "I really feel how lonely and alone you must feel here. I'm sure that we'll get you back." He smiles meekly.

He smiles, shaking his head. "Oh no--I'm perfectly happy Rojo. You needn't worry about me." Though he himself wasn't sure of this. Sure, he wanted to adventure like Rojo, explore, but...he had obligations at hom, and family too....

"'You sure? You could never get back." He looks at Devon "But then again, valiant people who 'disappear' seem to get statues and songs made about them." He grinned, the rain still pattering on his head relentlessly.

"Surely they'll sing of in ages to come how I discovered and fought the first and only dragon on Venera, slayed a thousand demons, and so on," he smiles, though slightly weaker this time. It would be nice if somehow there could be forged a way to travel from Yorl to Venera, but such a thing occuring would be highly improbable.

"And how your brave, handsome, cunning, strong, manly, sexy companion helped you along the way greatly!" He laughs, closing his eyes and letting out that jovial and joyus sound.

"Hmm--while that would be true, I don't think any of the citizens of Maderal City actually know you Rojo..." he grins again. "We'd have to go back to Venera, I'd have to introduce you, and THEN we'd have to disappear."

"Surely Evening will carry on the tales of our great journeys?"
