*Nods* I took a pretty advanced 1 week class where we worked out half the day just in practice. It's actually a pretty easy art form, half of it being an illusion caused by wearing long skirts an belly shirts.
....Except I don't like wearing belly shirts....*embarrassed*
But I LOVE those clinkety coin skirts/scarves! They're fun to make jingle.

*laughs* It just seems funny since Black Mages are one of the most covered and modestly dressed characters where as the dancer is the COMPLETE opposite. So...what sort of awesome clothes would a belly dancing black mage wear?

A puffy dark blue belly top with magic sigils on the back, with puffy blue trousers and bare feet? And instead of a Black Mage hat, you could have a belly piercing that looks like one!

I would miss the hat though. I have a strange obsession with hats. I need a hat of some sort. Or else I'd cry. (and belly piercings hurt!)
