In 1243, a group of Adventurers were sent after a Villian for stealing their magic sword. These Adventurers promptly chased the villian across high mountain and low dungeon. Today, they survive still chasing this villian as Heroes for Hire. If you have a problem, if they don't kill you before you can speak a word and if you have enough gold, maybe you can hire...The D&D-Team. Well, here you go. It may not be much, but it's something! It's the characters in my D&D group. I think I'm most pleased with the way Dr Osmodius's head turned out and least pleased with Raza'ghul's head, as it isn't the right size for his body. Post comments and maybe I'll think of things to talk about...no, that wasn't an effort to get more comments, I just can't think of specific things to talk about!

Hey, your Raza'ghul is my favorite out of the group! I think his expression is magnificent and the six-legged spidery head thing on his shirt is really cool. I don't know why you say Raza'ghul's head isn't the right size for his body, though. The scale seems pretty good, to me.
And yeah, Dr. Osmodius looks very cool. I love the way you designed his head! The triangular wedge-shape looks really nice, and the crests are sweet.
*grins* Just love the way Matthew looks as though he's about to run off and hack something to pieces! It cracks me up.
But Raza'ghul is definitely my favorite out of the three. I just love that expression! I can't think of the word right now, but he wearing that perplexed expression that is worn by people who are thinking "What is wrong with you?" or "What the hell are you doing?". Or something else thought in that same attitude. Why is he wearing that expression? What is he thinking about? Is there a story behind why you decided to draw his expression as you did, or does it just fit his character?

I agree with Rojo on Dr. Osmodius. He's my favorite. I really love how you did the head shape and all the scales. (I bet you'd be really good at drawing dragons now.) That, and he just has a wicked cool pose with energy/fire/magic ball. He looks so cool! But when it comes to Marthies, I'd have to agree with Asila. You did the head just fine, and the expression is pretty cynically wicked. I just think his eyes look so cool, like they're glowing. Are they glowing? When it comes to Matthew, the only problem I really noticed are with the arms. I know you were trying to implement perspective, and while you have the right idea, his right arm looks disproportionately large from his left. Other than that, he looks really cool. Good job Rojo! Keep drawing! I want to see more of your characters!
P.S. The snake is cute.

*Has a chibified exhausted expression from a picnic he attended* Ehh... Yay for comments. Now that my brain is functioning (if you can call it functioning) I can construct...*Dramatic pose* A POST!
Matthew Harkness An evil Paladin of the god Ben Elaba. I drew him first. He is aggresive and part of his broadsword got cut off in the scanner. Since I hardly ever check over my drawings when I finsh them I didn't notice that his arms looked really differet in proportion. I think this is because I was trying to draw him holding the sword a) at an angle and b) on his right side, so one of his arms was crooked. Of course I'm still new to the whole "perspective" and "using shading to make 3-D" and those tactics. The part I'm most pleased with about this character is his fingers or his head.
Raza'ghul Marthies Dark Elf Necromancer and worshipper of the evil god Lolth (her symbol is the spider-face on his robes). First of all, I really didn't mean to draw his expression the way I did. Originally he was supposed to be grinnning evilly, but I found that too hard so I tried this. It fits his character perfectly: during his time with the group (he was chased away within a day...*Sigh* my players are idiots and evil) he would always want to hang back, rationalize and plan while the other two would charge in, flinging spells and swinging swords. I think my favourite part of this one is expression.
Dr Osmodius[/b] A Dragonborn Sorceror. Played by my spastic friend William, The "Dr" is always the most reckless, violent, evil and stupid of the group. But he's large and makes a good shield. His head turned out rather well I think, which is a complete fluke. At first I drew him looking left in 2-D fashion, but it looked rubbish so I erased his snout and drew a random squiggly line down the missle of his face. This is what made his head the way it is. I don't even know why I drew the random line, but it worked. My favourite part of this one is his head and the fireball.
Steaky[/u] The most important and vital membe of the group. Steaky the Snake. Will couldn't decide what familiar to choose so I gave him a snake and called it Steaky. My favourite part of this one is his snakeyness.
