"Why thank you," he says with the slightest smirk behind his business-tone.

"Can you produce other things, like buildings or people?"

He stands back up. "I'm not sure that I can. Inanimate objects, perhaps....but..." He tries to think. How was it that the Guardians created Sabers? They couldn't have made them scratch...could they have?

"But?" Quentin follows up, wondering what the but could insue.

He sighs. "Let me try something a bit smaller than people. Perhaps I should begin with plants. But to make plants, we need soil...." This time, he concentrates on making the dirt and soil with all those things that make lands fertile.

Beneath their feet browny-black soil bubbles up seemingly from nowhere.

"Now that we have water and soil, I shall attempt plant life." He puts his hands out again, envisioning something growing. Except a funny thought came to him. What if he could make a plant that didn't need light to survive? Now that would be cool. Though he says nothing, he tries for that. After all, he didn't know that he could manifest a sun.

After a few moments, a tiny green little thing pokes out of the soil.

Thrasymachus, for all of his monotone, gets the faintest flicker of a pleased look in his eyes, though this is barely outwardly expressed. "It seems that we will be able to survive, Quentin, even if we cannot return to our appropriate homes."

Quentin does not reply, as he is stunned by this amazing power the other man has. "My goodness..."

Thraysmachus stands back up. He looks down at the sproutling, and suddenly feeling impatient, he demands for it to grow faster.

The sapling grows at an increased rate and eventually it has grown to about knee height with a beautiful flower. But the entire plant is white. Unable to grow normally and abosorb nutrients in it's normal time, the plant withers and flops over pathetically, dried at the edges of the petals, making them flaky and brown.
"I think there are some things not even the greatest powers can change...with great power must also come great responsibility."

Thrasymachus frowns. "I suppose I became impatient in my excitement. But if we must stay in this antiverse, I suppose I should not just flowers, but fruit-baring plants as well. And enough of them, so that when they bare, we shall have harvest enough." He does it again, though this time, he doesn't push the plants to grow.

Two little green sprouts spuffled into existance next to the other one.

That complete, he turns back to Quentin. "Do you have any capabilities that might be of use?"
