[Pan]

Ana ponits down at rather drak hall way. "That way is to the nurses office...and It still looks like that did fix the lights...." She Say this as if it was normal to see this hall way in the dark. "I hope you boys are sacred of spiders...." she adds in as she opens the door to the nurse office.

There are rather large spider webs all aroung the room but not so that people can get cought in. Ana walks in not even terning on the light. "Hello Mrs. Luna are you in here?" Ana call out into the big room. A rather large shadow comes down from the cilling and lands infront of Ana. The eight laged rather beautiful spider lady shuddels forwored and samiles at Ana. "Ana its the first day of call and you allredy have a cut?" Ana giggels a bit. "Yeah i did way to go me huh?" Lune giggels at she looks at the boys. "and what might be wrong with you three?"

[Seven]

The boys blink curiously...until they see the spider-lady. They're not so much afraid of spiders as it was the fact that she came down out of nowhere that frightened the. All three unintentionally make a startled cat noise and jump backwards. Realizing this is the school nurse, they stop, feeling embarrassed. "We just need ice..." Mikah says, and the other two indicate to the identical black eyes.

Back in th classroom, Morgan reads quickly through the spcified chapter, then a little extra chapter he had been working on in his spare time. It had some rather interesting diagrams about summoning. He raised his hand.
"Sir, I've finished the chapter, sir..." he said.

Faryll was staring intently at the page, reading and re-reading it over and over until he decided he knew it well enough and turned the page and started to read that.

Rune sticks her hand right into the book, and absorbs the knowledge that way.

[Seven]

All Rune would have gotten out of Euclid's elements are a bunch of words suddenly flooding her mind in a language she can't understand. Whatever she does understand (i.e. the geometric figures) turn out just to be ordinary math. So in this way, Rune has earned nothing but an overwhelming headache, one so strong she'd probably humiliatingly fall out of her seat. ((Watch it Ander---nobody likes a god-moder.))

But the sly and manical vampire pays no mind to the impudent girl since his attention is clearly on Morgen. His smile things, and he brings his hand up to his chin in a contemplative manner. Suddenly, after a minute of anaylsis, he speaks, "You're really a go-getter, aren't you? I'm impressed, I really am." Lanix suddenly snatches the ancient copy of Euclid's Elements off of Rune's table, handling it lightly, but carefully in his hands, before holding it before Morgan. "Can I interest you in an honor's project?"

Meanwhile, Virid was already asleep in his textbook, with a sweet angelic look on his face, not bothering a thing in the world.....and of course, clearly not doing his work.

Morgan raises an eyebrow at the tome in his teacher's hands. Despite his charming exterior, he didn't quite trust the vampire, some might call it racist, but Morgan called it a hunch. He had watched out of the corner of his eye the girl called Rune try to absorb all of the book, of which he didn't approve. There was nothing wrong with excersizing your power, but there wasn't anything wrong with good old fashioned manual reading, either.

Cautiously, he took the book and nodded slowly.
"Thank you, sir," he said.

Luna smiles at the three boy hey black eye closing as she does so. "All I will get you three some ice and Ana you know where I keep my bandages at." Ana laughs a little as she goes over to a cabonet on the wall and takes out a box full of home made bandages. (from Luna's owen sillk) Luna walks over to a large box and opens it put to get some ice for the boys. "So how did you boy get thoes black eyes? i hope you wernt fighting because that is not allowed in this school." She say with a vary sernt voice. Ana on ther other hand just trys not to giggel that them.

Rune sighs and gets out her actual text book glaring at the teacher, and beings reading the chapter, since she already used her absorb power. She hadn't used it in years, so figured shed give it a try to see if she still had it, cuz yeah, she didnt use powers, and they went poof bye bye! on her.

Ratiel hummed softly to herself and held the bottem corners of the book's pages as she read, swaying from side to side slightly. She liked reading, but usually she liked reading novels, consisting of fantasy elements...educational was boring, and she tended to get bored easily so in order to keep herself from daydreaming she entertained her self by humming and dancing in her seat while she read.

Vritri shook his head at the girl and since she was concentrated on reading and not hearing what anyone else was saying he simply sat back and relaxed. He let his eyes fall on each student and all the different things in the class, since he had nothing else to do.

By now, Maemi had successfully stifled the hand-muted laughter that the sight of the twins, and then their outrageous excuse for their injuries, had induced in her. In fact, she was quietly reading her text book, her brows knit in an expression of intense concentration as she slowly turned one page, then another, and another. Until the bell rang, or the off-chance that someone called her name, she would be oblivious to all that occurred around her. She was determined to commit the majority of each page to memory.

Mina, however, had her head propped up on her hand as she stared blankly at the page before her, literally looking bored beyond all reason. She had considered voicing her unhappiness through any number of irritable comments, but the incident with Rune had extinguished all flames of rebellion in her. Now she was just petulant, resigned, and waiting impatiently for class to end. Or for something of interest to happen. She hated sitting still, it made her feel as though she were suffocating.

[Seven]

The three boys all look slightly away from each other. "No, of course not. We tripped.....and the other two got dragged down...." Still the obvious lie, but hey, who can prove it? Whatever happened in the hallway after Orian decided to make his remark about their polyamourous let each of the three feeling betrayed by the other two.

Lanix grinned with a small chuckle. "Ancient Greek." When Morgan opens the book, it seems like the vampire has pulled some trickery on him, since just by looking at the contents alone, it's glaringly obvious that this is a math book, not a magic book! "Yes...I assume you have heard of Euclid's The Elements before, no? It's been famous since the time it was written as a math book...which is unfortunately only half of its history....and thus why it's information cannot simply be absorbed through touch..." He says the last part slyly, but he clears his throat and continues, this time in a lower tone, as to not disturb the surrounding students. "It has to be decoded, but that which has been so far has been very potent...I may be your teacher, but I am currently a graduate student in the adjacent University as well, and in need of an assistant. And this school is wealthy enough that it's only real concern is maintaining its prestige. So much so, that it would love to claim one of its students is doing cutting edge research....so much so that it would be not only willing to pay for a 'Language Immersion Spell' on you to learn the Greek, but pay you like a researcher as well! Of course, this sort of thing would be outside of regular school hours, in case you are unable to commit..."

The bell suddenly rang. Lanix looked up at the clock and then addressed the class in his usual, loud and chipper tone. "Would you look at that, we're out of time! For tonight's homework, you are to do problems 5, 7, and 10 from chapter 1 in your textbook. Have a good first day darlings!" He then looked back down at Morgan and grinned, allowing him to keep the 'math book.' "Think about it, Morgan."

Virid lazily opened his eyes. "The first class is over already?" He yawned. "And I was SO enjoying my nap...."

Rune puts her text book away and smiles at Ratiel, and touches her shoulder to get her attention to see what class she has next.

Morgan absorbed all the information Lanix was feeding to him. As far as he could see, Lanix appeared to be testing him to see his limits, and possibly give him special work. He raised an eyebrow, examining the book with calculating eyes. Then he nodded to the proffessor, put the book under his arm along with his folder and walked out of the class, looking thoughtful and forgetting to wait for Virid. Ancient Greek...he remembered something vaguely about Gramps teaching him about the greeks, and he could speak a little, but he doubted it was the same language...maybe Gramps would know something about it? Morgan shook his head again and continued down the corridor towards the next lesson.

Faryll carefully put the book he had borrowed back on the shelf and waited for everyone to leave, as he was afraid of bumping someone and them getting mad with him. He sighed and left the classroom, still staring at the floor sadly.

Vritri snapped back when Lanix announced the homework and tried to incospicuously sign to Ratiel as if he'd NOT been daydreamigthe whole time.

Ratiel stared at Vritri and wrote down the assignment before looking towards Rune and smiled at her. Ratiel looked down at her scedue and saw "history"
