All right, I'm taking my thread back!
I want to thin out the boards of City of Manticore (we don't need so many. It was just hard for me to pick and choose originally because it is such a complex place in my head. So many places, but not all of them are important enough to need their own board) but I don't want to delete something that may have sounded interesting to you. (I gave them basic descriptions so that you'd know exactly what I was getting rid of. ;D )
Anyway, here are the boards in danger of being deleted.
Boards under The City of Manticore -The Stage of Retribution (where condemned werewolves are disposed of. -Styxx Penitentiary (Jail, just worse. More like a dungeon) -The Labyrinth (a winding collection of narrow streets that is great for losing someone or getting yourself lost in) -The Wind Farms (just the source of energy for the city. I think this one is going to go for sure.)
Boards under Wyvern City -The Walled Garden (it's like a magical greenhouse. It's a garden large enough to feed the residents of the city and is lit by floating golden orbs that serve the same purpose the sun should have. It's open to the citizens.) -The Stone Forest (a petrified forest just outside the city. I think this one can go for sure as well.

You know Asila, even if you delete these boards, you might want to just mention they still exist in info. That way, if someone NEEDS any specific location, they can just create a thread with the same name!

Wait...do you like them, then? I could just keep all of them on there. It certainly doesn't hurt anything to have so many, and I've already deleted a couple that were completely unneccesary. Besides, I already had a similar idea. I was going to put in my list of rules/suggestions that any thread with a place for a title never really closes. For example, if you title a thread The Ice-cream Parlor *is random* then another character can walk into that building even after the original characters leave. They would just have to acknowledge how much time had passed or hint at the time of day so that the thread would continue to flow. And I was going to forget about a few of my other ideas, like having on person's Guardian control another person's Forsaken character. It was a cool idea, but I'm not entirely sure that anyone wants to put up with it. Finally, isn't anyone else feeling buried by so many threads in a growing number of boards? Why don't we kind of...rotate *can't think of a better word* between a couple at a time? Like we could put most of our energy into two of the larger boards and let the others fall dormant for a while, the way City of Manticore probably will be for a few months. ( Even if I finish it within the next few weeks, I've buried myself too deeply in too many threads to do much with it right away.) I don't know, just a thought. I'm really struggling to keep up, and I hate making you guys wait days on end for my next post. *sighs* It's my fault, really. I have so many ideas, I just can't keep up with all of them at once!

Aww....but...it's hard to choose! What threads were you thinking about making go dormant? *thinks* I suppose if I HAD to pick one....it might be the AU Yorl one....just because I'm quite attached to Small Glade and I think Chibi is just too hysterical to stop. ((You stopped replying to the PM rp!!! *sniff* I had something clever in store too...BUT NOW YOU SHALL NEVER KNOW, MWHAHAH!))
I don't think you should let rping make you stressed though. I mean, we're supposed to be rping to get AWAY from stress and reality and alll that nonsense, not to create stress.

There's too much going on for me to keep up a pm rp as well! *pulls out hair* Too much, I tell you!!!
*sighs* I think the main problem is that I expect to keep up with you and Rojo when it takes me a little longer to think up a response. I'm really only good for one reply per thread a day. When I start trying to do two replies per thread in one day I get stressed out.
And when I get obsessive about trying to arrange a board, the way we are trying to figure out what we are going to do with Dark Persuasion, I develop a one-track mind. It's hard for me to think about multiple things at once when I'm trying so hard to work out all the kinks in a storyline or board.
I'm worrying too much. I just stress myself out thinking that I have to reply now or everyone is going to get impatient with me. *rolls eyes*
Anyway, do you think I should just leave the remaining boards on CM as they are? (well, other than the fact that I need to add descriptions still)

Seriously, calm down. It's just us three. No one is going to really care, especially if it's just the boards not being "perfect." Hell, if we need more boards, well add more boards when that time comes. Maybe we can just conveniently say, "So and So discovered this great new place!" or sometihng like that. Nothing has to be done all at once.

...Rojo we know that's you.
And just to clarify, deleting boards meant deleting the subboards that won't be needed in CM.

Yep. I was afraid I had to many boards...well, subboards under The City of Manticore. Didn't you read my post at the top of the page? And we aren't going to blow up anyone's boards! I just had a moment of panic, but I think that as long as I convince myself that no one is going to be angry with me if I don't post in a timely enough fashion I'll stop stressing myself out. And if I stop stressing myself out, I'll be able to post more often. Funny how I create problems for myself, isn't it?

Honestly, don't worry so much about CM and the set up of the boards. That's was on of Demetri's downfalls. He worked so much on making his site LOOK perfect that he never had the time to rp! Don't fall into the same pattern! *shakes a cane at you*

I'm not trying too! In fact, the reason I haven't gotten much done with CM at this point is because is because I'm trying to focus more on rp-ing than on my boards. I know I can get obsessive, but I really can't help that part. I just get around it as best I can.
